It is not necessary for you to be home for us to do your lawn sprinkler winterization. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Choose "Anytime" for the "First Choice"
2. Shut off the water to your sprinkler system in the basement.
3. Give us access to the controller. Many customers leave a garage door unlocked or just give us a garage code.
4. Tape a check to the controller. Pricing is as follows: $80 for up to 9 zones, $7 per zone after 9. A 12 zone system would be $101.

Group discount available for neighbors:
$70 each for two houses
$65 each for 3 or more houses

5. Once we are done with the winterization process, open the drain by the shutoff valve and drain the pipe. We can do this for you if you are unsure. Thanks!
